Donald has spent 25+ years leading and developing frontline workforces - building training systems, credentials, and operational frameworks used by organizations nationally. He teaches as an adjunct professor at American Public University System (APUS) and The College of Health Care Professions (CHCP), speaks nationally on leadership and operations, and has published 40+ training titles through Impact Training Company.
Most leadership content is written for executives by consultants who've never run a shift. The people who actually determine whether an organization performs - frontline supervisors, charge roles, new managers - get a laminated card and good luck.
